The Career team in Mercer Singapore took on the task to support those who teach our nation’s young, and create brighter futures for all. We delivered a new special needs educators career framework, role profiles, and a skills framework with a training roadmap. This video tells how the project has impacted the lives of our colleagues, and those in the community.
