Don Bobo leads Mercer’s Southern California and Nevada Market with over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience in HR services and functions. His primary focus is on total rewards, talent management, and HR function strategy/service delivery, with an emphasis on the people-related aspects of business transformations. He also manages a portfolio of large client relationships. Don has an M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University and a B.S. in Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Laura Baker leads our Health & Benefits business in Mercer’s Los Angeles office and has been with Mercer for over 25 years. She has expertise in health care plan design and cost containment; health care reform and private exchanges; and merger & acquisition due diligence and strategic integration. Laura earned her MBA at USC with concentrations in corporate finance and healthcare administration and has a BA in Political Science and French Literature from UCLA.

Our Southern California offices regularly volunteer with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. With the help of our supporters and volunteers, Second Harvest Food Bank works through a network of hundreds of partner agencies and programs to provide wholesome food and fresh produce to more than 500,000 hungry children, seniors and families in Orange County every month.
