Ake Ayawongs is the Career Office Business Leader in San Francisco. His focus is in advising clients on the workforce issues resulting from organizational transformation, digital enablement, M&A, international expansion and changes in Health, Wealth and Career programs.  Ake has deep experience working in Asia and is a frequent speaker on workforce of the future, M&A, culture integration and cross-cultural leadership.

Scott Dunbar, Partner (Portland)

 

Scott is a Partner within Mercer’s Wealth business with over 30 years of experience advising organizations on investment and retirement issues. In addition to serving as lead or co-lead consultants on a number of investment engagements, Scott also assists with leadership of Mercer’s Wealth practice in the Western US.

Eric Kim, Principal (Seattle)

 

Eric is a Principal within Mercer’s Wealth practices. He has experience working with a variety of clients both on the mainland and in Hawaii, including corporate defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, endowments/foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.
