Mr. Kraft and Dr. Noeldner, both consultants in Mercer’s Total Health Management Practice, will co-present along with Jessica Grossmeier of HERO on the topic of health and well-being best practices around the world on September 28 at 3:15pm to the more than 500 employers, employee health and well-being providers, wellness industry professional organizations, and research experts who are expected to attend the HERO Forum.

He focuses on domestic and international integrated health and human capital management, with core competencies in strategy development; cross-functional integration across HR, health, safety, disability and business operations; leadership engagement; and evaluation of impact.
Dr. Noeldner is a Senior Consultant and serves on the leadership team of the Total Health Management Practice. A national resource in the areas of strategic planning, program design, behavior change and evaluation, Dr. Noeldner works with employers to develop health management strategies and evaluate, select, implement, and monitor performance of wellness and health management programs.
