Rebecca is a Principal in Mercer’s nationwide Health & Benefits Regulatory Resource Group (the “RRG”), which is a group of attorneys and other compliance professionals focusing on health and welfare plan compliance issues. She has 12 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and provides legal, regulatory and compliance support to Mercer’s clients and health and benefits consultants in Mercer’s Mountain States region, as well as nationwide. She consults on issues for clients of all sizes on all matters of health and welfare compliance, including ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, COBRA, tax issues and other federal laws pertaining to health and welfare plans.
