To better understand the workforce challenges of hospital and healthcare system M&A transactions, Mercer surveyed a unique cross-section of the healthcare industry. We gathered input from business leaders, senior executives and HR professionals, a majority of whom had participated in some type of M&A transaction within the past 5-7 years.
