This infographic published by Visual Capitalist caught our attention. Realizing that millennials sometimes get a bad rap when it comes to their career and workplace expectations, this made us hopeful for how health care will be delivered, and disrupted, by that generation. It starts with their motivation to practice medicine based on a passion to help people and “do good”.  They are fully comfortable leveraging digital tools and resources to deliver a more personalized experience. Most will be practicing medicine as part of a larger health team – either in a hospital, health care system or large medical group – which reinforces the current glide path to transform care delivery within an ecosystem.  Things are looking up!
