Director of Research, Health, Mercer

This way, she says, cost savings for employers come not only from the movement of employees into lower-cost plan designs available through Mercer Marketplace 365+, but also from giving them the tools to make better decisions all year long – information about choice of providers (including cost and quality measures); nurse support; easy access to second opinions; and more.
