Your Vaccine Strategy: An Important Opportunity to Advance DEI

Most diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts focus on hiring, career advancement and culture. But there is also much to do within your benefits programs and a great place to start is with the COVID-19 vaccine. To help, the Health Action Alliance will be hosting a weekly hour-long workshop for DEI and Employee Resource Group leaders next Wednesday and each Wednesday after that at the same time (3 p.m. ET). They will share resources, tip sheets, and guidance around how you can spread vaccine awareness in your organizations. You can register for the first two workshops (April 14 and 21) at this link and check out some great resources at healthaction.org/erg-dei
