Excessive overtime and stress leads to burnout and is costly. Healthcare worker burnout is at all-time highs, well into “danger zone” and eroding further. Our data shows that 49% of healthcare employees are feeling exhausted.

Healthcare employees are still struggling to meet their mental health and well-being needs – with 40% reporting their workday as chaotic and 42% saying they feel overwhelmed. Nearly half of healthcare employees have also indicated feeling exhausted at work.
